How to Configure Your Workspace Settings

If you’re setting up your workspace or tweaking it to suit your team’s workflow, this guide will walk you through each section step-by-step.

Access Workspace Settings

In the top-right corner of the screen, click on the drop-down arrow beside your workspace name, then select Workspace Settings.

Once inside, use the sidebar at the bottom-left to switch between the different settings sections.

Basic Information

Here you can update foundational details for your workspace:

  • Upload or change your workspace’s display picture.

  • Edit your workspace name.

  • Toggle workspace-wide settings such as:

    • Deduplicate new profiles within the workspace: This prevents duplicate entries from multiple social accounts.

    • Verify prospects’ emails before sending: Control how strict the system is with email verification.

    • Require manual approval for all campaign steps: Enable this if you want to review each action manually.

    • Don’t forget to select Save Changes once you’ve made edits.

Members

In the Members tab, you can:

  • View all current workspace members.

  • Invite new users (if you’re an admin).

  • Update roles and permissions for existing members.

For detailed steps on roles and permissions, refer to the Creating & Managing Workspaces and Add a New Member to Workspace guides.

Labels

Labels help you organize prospects, templates, customers, and more. You can:

  • Review existing labels.

  • Create new labels tailored to your workflow.

These are also useful for automations (e.g., via Zapier or Webhooks). See the relevant guide for integration details.

Appearance

Choose how your workspace layout looks:

  • Select tabs on the left or at the top of the screen.

  • Switch anytime if you prefer one layout over the other.

Tracking Domains

Here you can set up custom-branded links for better email/URL tracking:

  • Create and manage tracking domains so you’re not using generic links.
This helps strengthen branding and click-through visibility.

Auto Labels

Auto Labels (powered by AI) are automatically assigned to prospects based on their responses. Here you can:

  • Activate or deactivate Auto Labels.

  • Review how they function and refine their behaviour with reference to the Auto Labels guide.

🚀 Success! Your workspace is successfully configured when you see your updated name, layout, and settings reflected in the Workspace panel.
