How to Add an Email Signature

Easily add an email signature to enhance your email campaigns

Interceptly allows you to add multiple email signatures to the platform. This is useful if you have different email accounts for different audiences. Follow these simple steps.

Get Started

  1. Login to your Interceptly Workspace home page and select "Resources" on the left menu.
    ​

  2. Select "Signatures" from the list of options.
    ​

  3. If you’re adding a signature for the first time, select "Add Signature" in the top right corner. You can also edit, delete, or set a default signature for use in your emails.
    ​

  4. Enter a title for your signature and fill in the signature field. Select "Save".
    ​

  5. Your signatures will be available to add to every template email you compose in your campaigns.
