How to Create & Edit Saved Replies

Streamline your communication and save valuable time with Interceptlyโ€™s Saved Replies feature. Saved Replies are used in the Inbox when you are replying to a prospect who has responded to your LinkedIn outreach campaign.

Whether responding to common queries or sending personalized follow-ups, Saved Replies allow you to insert pre-written template messages into your conversations quickly.

This article will walk you through creating, editing, and managing your Saved Replies, ensuring your outreach remains efficient and professional.

๐ŸŽ“ Note: Saved Replies are currently only available when replying to LinkedIn messages via the Inbox

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to Outrachly.

  2. Select "Inbox".
    โ€‹

  3. Select the conversation.

  4. Select the chat icon.
    โ€‹

  5. Select "Add Replies" to create new replies.
    โ€‹

  6. Add the "Title" & the message under "Text".
    โ€‹

  7. Select "Add Saved Reply".
    โ€‹

How to Edit or Delete a Saved Reply

  1. Follow the same steps above till step 4

  2. Select the pen icon to edit
    โ€‹

  3. Edit the message & Click "Save".
    โ€‹

  4. If you want to "Delete" the message, then select the "X".
