Streamline your communication and save valuable time with Interceptlyโs Saved Replies feature. Saved Replies are used in the Inbox when you are replying to a prospect who has responded to your LinkedIn outreach campaign.
Whether responding to common queries or sending personalized follow-ups, Saved Replies allow you to insert pre-written template messages into your conversations quickly.
This article will walk you through creating, editing, and managing your Saved Replies, ensuring your outreach remains efficient and professional.
๐ Note: Saved Replies are currently only available when replying to LinkedIn messages via the Inbox
Follow the steps below:
Log in to Outrachly.
โSelect "Inbox".
โSelect the conversation.
Select the chat icon.

Select "Add Replies" to create new replies.
โAdd the "Title" & the message under "Text".
โSelect "Add Saved Reply".

How to Edit or Delete a Saved Reply
Follow the same steps above till step 4
โSelect the pen icon to edit
โEdit the message & Click "Save".
โIf you want to "Delete" the message, then select the "X".
