User settings let you personalize your experience in Interceptly.
Keep in mind, a User is different from a Social Account. Social Account settings are managed directly on the social platform, while User settings apply to your profile within Interceptly.
Accessing User Settings
Select the "dropdown arrow" in the top-right corner of your screen.
Select "User Settings" from the menu.
You’ll land on a page where you can manage your personal and account details.
Basic Information
In this section, you can:
Upload a profile picture.
Update your name and contact details.
Set your industry, location, and address.
💡Don’t forget to click Save changes after making updates.
Password
Need to update your login password?
Enter your new password twice.
Select "Change Password" to confirm.
Language
Interceptly supports multiple interface languages.
Go to the Language section.
Select your preferred option from the dropdown menu.
Notifications
Control how and when you receive updates from Interceptly.
You can:
Choose which email notifications you’d like to receive.
Set your preferred time zone for accurate delivery.
💡 You’ll receive statistics for all Social Accounts you can access.
Admins see overall statistics.
Members only see the accounts they have access to.
