If you want to push more prospect data into Salesforce beyond the default fields, the first step is to create custom fields.
Custom fields ensure every data point from Interceptly lands exactly where it should inside your Salesforce Contact records.
Prospect Fields You Can Map to Salesforce
You can map the following Interceptly fields to custom fields in Salesforce:
Job title
Work email
Enriched email
Enriched phone
Social profile URL
Labels (general and AI labels)
Company name
Prospect status
Campaign name
Campaign ID
More custom field types will be added soon.
How to Create Custom Fields in Salesforce

🚨 Important: When creating each custom field, please make sure the Field Name matches the reference table exactly.

After entering the info for each field, select Next twice, then Save to finish.
FAQs
Q: Do the Field Names need to match exactly?
A: Yes. If the Field Name doesn't match the reference table precisely, Interceptly won't map the data to the correct Salesforce field. Copy them directly from the table rather than typing manually.
Q: What field type should I use for all custom fields?
A: Text, with a length of 255. This applies to every field in the reference table.
Q: Can I add only some of the custom fields instead of all of them?
A: Yes. You only need to create the fields for the data points you actually want to sync. You don't have to set up all 10.
