How to Add Deals to Pipedrive

Read this guide to learn how to add Deals from Interceptly to Pipedrive

Interceptly has native integration with Pipedrive, allowing you to easily manage your prospects and pipelines!

To add a deal directly from Interceptly to Pipedrive follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure you've activated the Pipedrive Integration
    ​

  2. Navigate to 'Inbox' in the left panel

  3. Select the prospect you'd like to add a deal to

  4. Select "CRM Deal" in the profile card to the right
    ​

  5. Select "+New Deal"
    ​

  6. Select "Pipedrive" as the Platform.

  7. You can also add in some or all of the following, Deal Name, Pipeline, Stage, Deal Amount, Currency, Owner and Probability of closing the Deal.

  8. Select "Create" and the deal will be automatically created in Pipedrive

  9. The pipelines are also fully synced. When selecting a deal, you can manually choose where to create it

πŸŽ“ When a Deal is created, the deal will be added directly to your Interceptly Pipeline (if you've activated it) and your Pipedrive CRM.

It's a 2-way sync so future changes in either Interceptly or your Pipedrive CRM will update the deal information. We have a sync button in the interface for that as shown above.
