In Interceptly, removing a prospect from a campaign:
Stops all future steps in that campaign only
Does not delete the prospect from your account
Does not affect other campaigns
Whether you're cleaning up data, adjusting targeting, or just need to pause outreach to a certain group, Interceptly makes it easy to remove prospects from your campaigns in just a few clicks.
Here are two quick ways to do it:
✅ Option 1: From the Campaign View
Head to the Campaigns tab.
Click on the campaign name where your prospect is active.
Hit the “New” button to view active prospects.
Use the checkboxes to select specific prospects, or apply filters to narrow down your list.
Click "Action" → "Remove from Campaign".
That’s it—your selected prospects will be removed from that specific campaign only.
✅ Option 2: From the Prospects Tab
Go to the Prospects tab in the dashboard.
Apply filters to segment by campaign, status, or other criteria.
Select the prospects you’d like to remove.
Select "Action" → "Remove from Campaign" to take them out of the campaign.
This method is especially useful if you're managing multiple campaigns or want to bulk-remove prospects across different segments.
Quick Tip
One campaign cleanup: Campaign view
Bulk or multi-campaign cleanup: Prospects tab
🚀 Success! Your prospects are now removed, and your campaign is cleaner and more focused.
