The "Add Prospects from Existing Campaigns" setting allows Interceptly to move prospects into a new campaign if they already exist in a previous one. This is useful when you want to re-run outreach using an updated search or list that contains previously added profiles.
Enabling Add Prospects from Existing Campaigns
To enable this setting, follow these steps:
Select "Campaigns" from the main navigation.
Select the campaign you want to adjust.
Select "Settings" from the menu at the top of the campaign.
Turn on the "Add Prospects from Existing Campaigns" toggle.
How This Setting Works
When enabled, Interceptly moves eligible prospects into the most recently created campaign. For example, if you have campaigns created in May and June, prospects are added to the June campaign.
There are a few important behaviours to be aware of:
Disabling the setting after prospects have been moved does not revert them to their previous campaign.
Prospects can only be returned to an earlier campaign if the more recent campaign is deleted or archived.
Prospects that were moved manually are not transferred automatically under this setting.
Enabling the setting after campaign launch
If the setting was disabled at launch and prospects were not moved, enabling it afterward will still trigger the move, provided the searches have already found those prospects. Re-run your searches after enabling the setting to make sure all eligible prospects are included.
Prospects from deleted campaigns
Prospects from deleted campaigns are eligible to be moved if all other conditions are met. When a campaign is deleted, its prospects enter a free pool with no campaign assigned to them, making them available for your current campaign.
FAQs
Q: Does the type of search used affect whether prospects are moved?
A: No. The setting works consistently regardless of which search type you have configured in the campaign.
Q: What happens if I disable the setting after prospects have already been moved?
A: Prospects remain in the campaign they were moved to. Disabling the setting does not revert them to their previous campaign.
Q: Can I move prospects back to an earlier campaign?
A: Only if the more recent campaign is deleted or archived. Once deleted, those prospects re-enter a free pool and can be picked up by another campaign.
Q: Will manually moved prospects be transferred automatically if I enable this setting?
A: No. Prospects that were moved manually are not included in the automatic transfer triggered by this setting.
π Success! Prospects from your existing campaigns can now be automatically added to this campaign.
