Access the Settings Page
Under the Account Settings tab, you can:
Change your password
Update your account type or subscription status
View your key account metrics
Inbox Sync Interval
Here you can adjust how often your inbox syncs both during and outside your operating hours. For example, you might set it to 20 minutes during business hours and a longer interval off hours.
If synchronization seems delayed, possible reasons include:
No active campaigns running.
Reduced sync frequency outside of business hours.
Proxy or connectivity issues
To manually refresh your conversation list:
Open the inbox.
Click the three-dot menu next to a conversation → Refresh dialog.
Or simply press the refresh button at the top of the inbox.
Account Limits
Here you can configure outreach limits and related settings. These options can be toggled on or off based on your preferences and desired outcomes:
Enable or disable campaigns running on weekends
Toggle features like “instant searches”, “connection-request boosters”, “bypass personalization limits”
Set your “warming-up” parameters: minimum & maximum daily actions, daily increment, etc. This helps ramp up safely.
Daily Limits
Adjust the maximum number of actions permitted per day (these apply across all campaigns, not per campaign). You may configure limits for:
Profile views
Connection requests
Messages
InMail
Pages searched
Event invites
Comments
Emails
SMS / Voicemails
Account Location
This section allows you to modify:
Your time zone
Operating hours for your account
Proxy settings: choose the country for your proxy or specify a custom proxy service
Blacklist
In this area, you can exclude specific keywords from your campaigns.
You may:
Manually type in keywords to exclude
Upload a CSV file with exclusion keywords
This helps you refine your targeting and avoid unwanted profiles.

Pending Connections
Manage your pending connection requests here:
Set how many of the oldest pending profiles you wish to delete at once
Define the maximum number of pending connections your account may hold
When a connection request is withdrawn, the profile moves back to “NEW” status, and you must wait 3 weeks before you may send another request
