A: No. Engage Intercept is a partner-led model. Interceptly provides the platform and LeadIntercept⢠data, but campaign delivery is your responsibility. If you want Interceptly to manage delivery, Pipeline Builder Core or Advanced is the right choice.
Q: How many LeadIntercept⢠competitors are included in each package?
A: LeadIntercept⢠competitor tracking is included in all three packages. The number of competitors tracked depends on the package and the number of accounts.

Q: Can I add the Interceptly Dialler to Pipeline Builder Core?
A: Yes. The Interceptly Dialler can be added as an optional add-on to any package. Pipeline Builder Core campaigns do not include phone steps by default. Adding the Dialler gives clients in-app calling capability, but phone steps as part of the managed campaign sequence are available only in Pipeline Builder Advanced.
