Partner: Everything Included with Engage Intercept

Everything Interceptly delivers for your client on an Engage Intercept account, from setup through to ongoing campaign support

Written by Rhegen

Engage Intercept is Interceptly's assisted outreach package.

Unlike Pipeline Builder, Engage Intercept is a platform-and-data model: Interceptly provides the software, data, campaign templates, and ongoing support, while you manage delivery with your client. This article covers everything included in the service, how the setup and launch process works, and the terms that apply. Use it as your reference when onboarding a new client or answering detailed questions about what Engage Intercept includes.

💡 Tip: Share the client-facing version of this article with your client after onboarding. This partner version is for your reference only and includes pricing and commercial context not intended for clients.

Partner Support

Interceptly supports you directly as a partner. You manage your client relationship. Your client contacts you, not Interceptly.

  • Campaign Performance Team: you have a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) as your point of contact, with overall responsibility for campaign strategy, optimization, and results. The CSM is supported by a Campaign Manager for execution and Campaign Support Executives for fast, responsive assistance.

  • Live Chat: available 24/7 for AI-powered support. Human support is available Monday to Friday, 9 am CET to 5 pm EST.

  • Slack: direct channel to your Interceptly team for ongoing communication and campaign updates.

  • Email: available for non-urgent queries, reporting, and documentation.

  • Knowledge Base and video onboarding: a full library of guides, walkthroughs, and outreach tips accessible via the Live Chat icon and Help Center.

LeadIntercept™ and Campaign Templates

Interceptly sets up LeadIntercept™ competitor tracking and provides advanced campaign templates for each account. Your client runs their own campaigns using these templates and data.

LeadIntercept™ Competitor Tracking

Each account includes LeadIntercept™ competitor tracking for 10 competitor profiles as standard.

  • Setup takes 14 to 21 business days after the competitor list is submitted.

  • Weekly updates are delivered on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

  • If a competitor list needs to be updated, 7 days' notice is required.

  • Your client has read-only access to the LeadIntercept™ portal. The Campaign Team reviews and assigns the data.

  • Additional competitors can be added at any time at a preferential monthly price. Contact your Success Manager for pricing.

Campaign Templates

Interceptly provides advanced multichannel, multi-step campaign templates ready for your client's data and content. These templates cover LinkedIn and email outreach and follow best-practice sequencing.

🎓 Note: Engage Intercept is not a fully managed campaign service. Interceptly provides the templates, data, and platform. Your client runs campaigns using these resources, with ongoing CSM support from Interceptly delivered to you.

Email Deliverability Service

Email Deliverability Service is available as an optional add-on for Engage Intercept. If you would like email included in your client's campaigns, contact your CSM or submit a request via Live Chat. Interceptly will handle all domain sourcing, mailbox setup, and technical configuration. There is no separate charge for this service once activated.

What's Included

The following is set up and managed by Interceptly when the add-on is active.

  • Domain setup: dedicated sending domains are purchased and configured for outbound email, matched to your client's brand.

  • 1 Google mailbox: provisioned and configured for deliverability.

  • Full DNS and authentication setup, handled entirely by Interceptly. No technical setup is required on the client side.

  • Automated email warm-up, completed before campaign activity begins.

  • 4 campaign emails written by Interceptly and added to your client's Engage Intercept campaigns.

  • Platform integration with Instant Enrich, Unified Inbox, and live reporting.

💡 Tip: To activate the Email Deliverability Service for a client, contact your Success Manager or submit a request via Live Chat. This is billed in addition to the Engage Intercept licence fee.

Onboarding and Launch Process

Onboarding and launch are managed between you and Interceptly through Live Chat using tickets. You are responsible for gathering the required information from your client and relaying it to the Interceptly team. All calls are held with you, not your client.

Step 1: Account Setup Form

Interceptly sends the Account Setup Form to you once the account is activated. This form is used to set up user access, configure the Interceptly workspace, and prepare the required automations. It must be completed before onboarding can begin.

Step 2: Service Setup Tickets

After the Account Setup Form is completed, Interceptly creates Live Chat tickets for each service included in the plan. Tickets are created for Engage Intercept, LeadIntercept™, Managed Domains (if the Email Deliverability Service is active), Automations, Reporting, and your Interceptly membership.

Each ticket explains what information is required, why it is needed, and what happens next. All updates, questions, and follow-ups for each service are handled inside the relevant ticket.

Step 3: Onboarding Calls

Three onboarding calls are held between you and your CSM. These are designed to get your client live quickly and ensure the platform is set up correctly.

  • Call 1: setup and access. Covers workspace configuration and getting your client up and running.

  • Call 2: data and targeting. Covers ICP definition and LeadIntercept™ usage.

  • Call 3: content and outreach best practices. Ensures campaigns are structured correctly from day one.

🚨 Important: All launch timelines assume forms and feedback are completed without delay. As the partner, you are responsible for gathering information from your client and returning it to Interceptly promptly. Delays will extend delivery timelines.

Reporting and Automations

Reporting and automation are included as part of the ongoing Engage Intercept delivery.

Reporting

  • Weekly updates: your CSM reviews campaign progress and sends weekly actions, tips, and campaign suggestions to you via a Reporting Ticket in Live Chat. You share performance updates directly with your client.

  • Review calls: a call with you and your CSM at least every 4 weeks to review campaign performance and agree on next steps.

  • Feedback questionnaires: short questionnaires are sent to you periodically to confirm alignment and identify issues early.

  • Live reporting: campaign performance data is available in the platform for you to view, export, and share with your client.

Automations

  • Included automations: CRM automation is included and directly supports campaign performance. Examples include Slack or Teams notifications for replies, and webhook-based alerts for key campaign events.

  • Automation requests: all requests are submitted via a Live Chat ticket. Requests must be relevant to the delivery and success of your client's campaigns. Automations outside this scope may not be supported.

Software

Every Engage Intercept subscription includes access to Engage AI, Interceptly's premium outreach software with built-in AI engagement features.

  • Engage AI: included with every Engage Intercept subscription.

  • AI features: AI-powered engagement, inbox, and reply tools.

  • Independent use: your client may create and run additional campaigns outside of Engage Intercept delivery.

  • Shared limits: all activity runs within the same account-level sending and activity limits. Additional campaigns may reduce activity available for Engage Intercept-supported campaigns.

  • Coordination: confirm any additional campaign activity with your CSM before your client proceeds, to avoid conflicts with managed delivery.

FAQs

Q: Does Engage Intercept include managed campaigns?

A: Engage Intercept is not a fully managed campaign service. Interceptly provides the platform, data, LeadIntercept™ setup, campaign templates, and ongoing CSM support. Your client runs their own campaigns using these resources. If your client needs a fully managed service where Interceptly builds and runs campaigns, Pipeline Builder Core or Advanced is the right package.

Q: Does Engage Intercept include email outreach?

A: Yes. The Email Deliverability Service is included as standard with Engage Intercept. Interceptly handles all domain setup, mailbox configuration, warm-up, and platform integration. Your client's campaigns can run on both LinkedIn and email from the outset.

Q: Who does my client contact if they have questions?

A: Your client contacts you. You manage the client relationship. Interceptly supports you directly via Live Chat, Slack, and email, and you relay updates and handle queries on your client's behalf.

Q: What is the difference between Engage Intercept and Pipeline Builder?

A: The key difference is the delivery model. With Engage Intercept, Interceptly provides the platform, data, and templates, and your client runs their own campaigns with CSM support delivered to you. With Pipeline Builder (Core or Advanced), Interceptly builds and manages all campaigns on your client's behalf. Pipeline Builder also includes done-for-you multichannel sequences, more enrichment credits, and a higher level of managed delivery. Engage Intercept is suited to clients who are actively managing their own outreach and want Interceptly's data and tools to support it.

Q: Can my client add more LeadIntercept™ competitors?

A: Yes. Additional LeadIntercept™ competitors can be added to any Engage Intercept account at any time at a preferential monthly price. Each account includes 10 competitor profiles as standard. Contact your Success Manager to arrange additional competitors and confirm pricing.

Q: What happens if onboarding information is delayed?

A: All timelines, including the 14 to 21-business-day LeadIntercept™ setup, assume forms and approvals are completed without delay. As the partner, you are responsible for gathering information from your client and returning it to Interceptly promptly. Delays will extend delivery timelines.

Q: Does my client need LinkedIn Sales Navigator?

A: LinkedIn Sales Navigator is recommended for the duration of the Engage Intercept agreement. While it is not a hard requirement, it significantly improves targeting and campaign performance. Advise your client to have this in place before onboarding begins.

🚀 Success! Once the Account Setup Form is complete, Interceptly handles platform setup, LeadIntercept™, and template delivery. Your role is to brief us accurately, keep communication flowing, and support your client in running their campaigns effectively.
