Magic campaigns use AI to help you create an outreach campaign quickly, without building every step manually.

You can generate:

  • LinkedIn-only campaigns.

  • Email-only campaigns.

  • Combined LinkedIn + email campaigns.

Magic campaigns are available on the Engage AI plan and cost 40 AI credits per campaign.

  2. Select "Pick" on the campaign type you want:

    • LinkedIn-only.

    • Email-only.

    • LinkedIn + email.

Step 3: Update the Objective Prompt

Magic campaigns use pre-installed prompts to generate your campaign.

  1. Find the objective section labeled "Select Objective".

  2. Replace the purple text with your specific objective.

Example objective inputs you can include:

    • Who you are targeting.

    • What problem you solve.

    • What outcome you want.

    • What action you want the prospect to take.

  3. Select "Next Step".

πŸ’‘ Tip: The more specific your objective is, the more relevant the AI-generated messages will be.

Step 4: Add Your Case Studies

Case studies help the AI generate more believable, specific messaging.

  1. In the "Case Studies" section, add any relevant proof points.

  2. Add a URL if one is available.

  3. Add multiple case studies if needed.

  4. Select "Build Magic Campaign".

Interceptly will show an on-screen notification once the campaign is ready.

πŸŽ“ Note: If you do not have a full case study, you can still add a short proof point like β€œHelped a B2B SaaS team increase booked meetings by 32 percent in 60 days.”

Step 5: Review Your Generated Campaign

Magic campaigns generate a complete draft, including:

  • A campaign title.

  • Campaign steps.

  • Step content.

  • Step delays.

To open the campaign:

  • Select "Review", or

  • Go back to "Campaigns" and find the new campaign in your list.

Step 6: Edit Steps Before Launching

  1. Select any step to open the step editor.

  2. Update the content and the delay from the previous step.

  3. If the step is an email step:

    • Edit the subject line.

    • Edit the signature.

    • Choose the sending accounts.

  4. Select "Save Step".

  5. Repeat for any steps you want to change.

πŸŽ“ Note: Magic Campaign AI always creates simple campaigns, which means the sequence runs in a linear order.

Step 7: Launch Your Magic Campaign

Once you are happy with the steps:

  1. Select "Save" or "Run Campaign" from the bottom center of the screen.

To pause or restart a campaign:

  • Use the orange toggle on the main campaign screen.

🚨 Caution: Always review all steps before selecting "Run Campaign", since the campaign can begin outreach as soon as it is active.

Best Practices

  • Treat the generated campaign as a first draft, then adjust the language to match your offer and audience.

  • Add at least one strong case study or proof point to improve message quality.

  • Shorten steps if they feel too long or too formal.

  • Confirm your sending accounts and signatures before launching.

πŸ’‘ Tip: If you are running a combined campaign, make sure your LinkedIn messages and emails support the same core idea, without repeating the exact same wording.
