The Interceptly Dialer is a paid add-on and is not included by default in any Interceptly package.
The Dialer includes:

🚨 Important: The Engage Ultimate package is no longer available, and the Dialer is not automatically included with any plan.
How to Purchase a Number
Follow these steps to purchase and activate a Dialer number.
Open Interceptly and select the phone icon in the top-right corner.
Select "Upgrade".
Enter all your chosen and required information and select "Purchase".
🚀 Success! Your phone number is now live and ready to use in Interceptly.
How to Make Calls Using the Interceptly Dialer
Once your number is active, you can place calls directly inside Interceptly.
Open the prospect you want to call.
Select "dialer" at the top.
Select "Make a Call" in the bottom-right corner.
All calls made using the Dialer are automatically recorded.
🎓 Note: Call recordings help with coaching, quality checks, and tracking conversations over time.
How to Manage Your Dialer Numbers
You can manage your Dialer settings at any time.
Select the phone icon in the top-right corner.
Select the gear icon.
In the Phone Numbers section, you can manage the following options:
Status: View whether your Dialer is active and operational.
SMS toggle: Enable or disable SMS, if available in your workspace.
Edit number: Update where inbound calls are redirected.
Buy a new number: Add an additional phone number.
Delete number: Permanently remove a phone number.
🚨Important: Selecting "Delete number" removes the number immediately. There is no confirmation prompt, and deleted numbers may not be recoverable.
Best Practices
Use a dedicated Dialer number for outbound sales calls.
Review call recordings regularly for coaching and improvement.
Confirm inbound call routing before using the number live.
Avoid deleting numbers unless you are certain they are no longer needed.
