The LeadIntercept™ referral process is designed to help partners activate tracking and manage account data efficiently. This guide outlines each step to ensure a smooth setup and seamless delivery of buyer intent signals.
Step 1: Complete the LeadIntercept™ Application Form
The process begins with filling out the LeadIntercept™ Application Form, which typically takes 10–15 minutes. This is your official submission, so be sure all details are accurate to avoid setup delays.
Step 2: Open a Live Chat Ticket
After submitting your application, Interceptly will create a LeadIntercept™ ticket in your Live Chat. This ticket will serve as your main communication thread with the Interceptly team and will track all progress..
Step 3: Pay the Implementation Fee
Once your application is received, a $95 implementation fee will be automatically billed. This one-time fee covers setup, account matching, and onboarding support.
Step 4: Receive the LeadIntercept™ Google Sheet
Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a shared Google Sheet via Live Chat. This contains a list of suggested competitor LinkedIn accounts for potential tracking.
Step 5: Account Processing by Interceptly
Interceptly will begin processing the data to validate which accounts can be tracked. This typically takes 14–21 business days. All updates will be posted in your Live Chat ticket.
Step 6: Confirm Final Tracking Accounts
After initial processing, review the validated list of accounts. Update the sheet one final time to confirm the exact accounts you want to activate. Notify Interceptly once your final list is complete.

With your final list confirmed, Interceptly will activate your LeadIntercept™ subscription and begin intent tracking in real time.

You’ll receive your first intent signal data link via Live Chat. These links update weekly — save them for ongoing access.
Step 9: Weekly Data Updates
Every Wednesday, your LeadIntercept™ data will refresh. You’ll be notified via your Live Chat ticket once the new insights are ready.
Step 10: Managing and Processing Data
As a partner, you’ll use the data from LeadIntercept™ to drive outreach, enrich campaigns, and deliver results for your clients. This ongoing task ensures you can extract maximum value from the insights delivered.
