Pipeline Builder™ is Interceptly's fully managed outbound service. We handle the research, data, campaign content, and ongoing optimization. You brief us, take the meetings, and close deals.

This article covers what you receive during onboarding, what runs each week once campaigns are live, the optional add-ons available, and the applicable terms. Use it as your reference throughout delivery.


Onboarding

Onboarding is a one-time engagement that ends with a complete Research and Marketing Handbook for your account. Everything in this section is backed by our 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the campaign plan we deliver, we refund the onboarding investment.

What You Receive in the Marketing Handbook

  • Company research. We map your positioning, proof points, and differentiators in your words, not ours.

  • Competitor research. We track who you sell against, where they are weak, and where you can attract buyers.

  • ICP development. Your target market is defined by job titles, firmographics, and observable triggers, not vague filters.

  • Tone of voice guide. Your writing style is captured, so every message we send reads as you wrote it.

  • Campaign ideas. Between 4 and 7 angles per ICP. Each one is anchored to a signal a prospect is showing right now, not a guess about what they might want.

  • Data validation. We source and verify contact data that matches each angle before any campaign goes live.

  • LeadIntercept™ setup. Tracking is configured for up to 5 competitor profiles per account, so you can see who is engaging with your competitors before they sign anywhere else.

Step-by-Step Onboarding Process

  1. Complete the "Pipeline Builder Onboarding Form that includes the account setup, research brief, and LeadIntercept setup.

  2. Attend the Briefing Call to confirm priorities.

  3. Review the Strategy Call deliverables, typically within 5 business days of the briefing.

  4. Approve the Marketing Handbook and the campaign plan.

  5. Join the Launch Call to walk through final campaigns before they go live.

Lead Generation and Campaign Setup

This section covers what we build and run for you across each 90-day campaign cycle.

LeadIntercept™

LeadIntercept™ tracks individual-level engagement with the companies you sell against. We monitor who is connecting with and engaging your tracked competitors. These are real people moving toward a buying decision before they fill in a form or post a review.

  • Up to 5 competitor profiles per LinkedIn account.

  • Weekly data delivered on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

  • Setup completes within 14 to 21 business days of competitor list approval.

  • 7 days' notice is required when the competitor list changes.

  • Additional competitors can be added at any time.

3 to 4-Step LinkedIn Campaigns

Our LinkedIn campaigns are built using a reply-optimized method. The goal is conversations, not connection counts. Each sequence is short, signal-anchored, and reads peer-to-peer rather than outreach.

  • Short by design. A connection request followed by 2 or 3 short follow-ups. Anything longer adds pressure, not the pipeline.

  • Filter, not pitch. The connection request references something observable about the prospect. Uninterested people do not accept. Interested ones self-select into the conversation.

  • Conversational follow-ups. Each follow-up asks a question about something the prospect is experiencing. No booking links, no closing language, no "circling back".

  • Signal-anchored. Every campaign is built around an observable signal: hiring activity, competitor engagement, a tool change, or a leadership move.

Prospect data is sourced, validated, and refreshed for every account.

Automations

Automations are included where they directly support campaign performance.

  • Reply notifications to your inbox or CRM.

Optional Add-Ons

  • Email. Dedicated sending domain per account, 2 Google mailboxes, DNS and authentication setup, automated warm-up, and up to 10,000 sends per month per LinkedIn account.

  • Phone enrichment. Verified phone numbers added to prospect records for outbound calling.

  • InMail. Boosted InMail for Open Profiles. Useful for prospects who do not accept connection requests.


Ongoing Delivery

Once campaigns are live, your account runs in a weekly cadence with a dedicated team behind it.

Weekly Reporting

  • A shared reporting folder is created at the start of delivery.

  • A reporting update is sent to you each week via a Reporting Ticket in Live Chat.

  • Live performance data is available on the platform at any time.

  • Short feedback questionnaires confirm alignment and surface issues early.

Monitoring and Optimization

  • Campaigns are reviewed continuously by your Campaign Manager.

  • Underperforming angles are paused after 2 weeks. Winning angles are scaled across additional senders.

  • A review call with us runs at least every 4 weeks.

  • Messaging, targeting, and signal selection are adjusted between calls when the data calls for it.

Live Chat Support

  • Available 24/7 for AI-powered support.

  • Human support runs Monday to Friday, 9 am CET to 5 pm EST.

  • Campaign requests, automation requests, and account changes are submitted via Live Chat tickets for full traceability.

Dedicated Success Team

  • A Campaign Manager handles execution and weekly delivery.

  • Campaign Support Executives respond to day-to-day requests.

  • Knowledge Base articles and onboarding videos are available through the Live Chat icon.

These terms apply in addition to Interceptly's Supply of Service Terms and Conditions. Payment of the subscription confirms acceptance of those terms.

Q: Is the onboarding really backed by a money-back guarantee?

A: Yes. If you are not satisfied with the campaign plan delivered in your Marketing Handbook, we will refund the onboarding investment. No questions, no negotiation.

Q: Why only 3 to 4 LinkedIn messages instead of longer sequences?

A: Longer sequences add pressure and lower reply rates. Our method is built for conversations, not contact volume. Short sequences anchored to real signals consistently outperform 8 to 10-step pressure campaigns on both reply rate and meeting quality.

Q: Are email and phone outreach included?

A: Not by default. Email infrastructure, phone enrichment, and InMail are optional add-ons. They are activated per account upon request. Speak to us for pricing and timing.

A: Yes. A valid Sales Navigator subscription is required for the full agreement. Campaigns cannot run without it. Make sure this is in place before onboarding begins.

Q: What happens if my onboarding information is delayed?

A: Launch timelines assume forms and approvals are completed without delay. Late information extends the 14-business-day campaign launch and the 14 to 21-business-day LeadIntercept™ setup. The faster the brief, the faster the launch.
