When you select a campaign to expand it, you’ll see the performance metrics. Here’s what each one means and how to read them.
Acceptance Rate
Tracks how well your connection requests are being received.
Requests Sent: The number of connection requests sent through your campaign
Requests Accepted: The number of people who accepted your request
Acceptance Rate: This is calculated by dividing the number of accepted requests by the number sent
Formula: Requests Accepted ÷ Requests Sent
🎓 Note: If someone in your campaign was already connected to you, they’ll still be counted in these totals — Interceptly tracks the action, not just the outcome.
Reply Rate (LinkedIn)
Helps you understand how many contacted prospects are engaging in conversation.
Total Contacted: Includes all prospects in the statuses Contacted, Connected, Replied, Lead, or Customer
Replies: Prospects who have replied to at least one of your messages
Reply Rate: This is calculated by dividing the number of replies by the number of requests accepted.
Formula: Replies ÷ Requests Accepted
🎓 Note: Once someone sends a message back, they’re counted as Replied — even if they’re later moved into a new campaign. Their reply still counts toward the current campaign’s stats.
Message Click Rate
If you’re including links in your Social messages, this tells you how often people are selecting them.
Message Links Sent: Total number of links shared in message steps (excluding emails)
Links Clicked: Unique selections of those links
Message Click Rate: This is calculated by dividing the number of unique link selections by the total number of message links sent.
Formula: Links Clicked ÷ Message Links Sent
🎓 Note: These are tied to the campaign’s event history. Even if a prospect moves to another campaign, the interaction is still logged with the original one.
Email Open Rate
Shows how many email recipients are opening what you send.
Emails Sent: Total emails sent via campaign steps
Emails Opened: Number of unique opens
Open Rate: This is calculated by dividing the number of unique email opens by the total number of emails sent.
Formula: Emails Opened ÷ Emails Sent
🎓 Note: Just like clicks, email opens are tied to the original campaign — not the prospect’s current location.
Email Click Rate
Tells you how many people are selecting links inside your campaign emails.
Email Links Sent: Links added in Send Email steps
Links Clicked: Unique link selections
Email Click Rate: This is calculated by dividing the number of unique link selections inside emails by the total number of email links sent.
Formula: Links Clicked ÷ Email Links Sent
Email Bounce Rate
Tracks how many emails failed to reach their destination.
Emails Sent: Total emails from the campaign
Emails Bounced: Emails that couldn’t be delivered
Bounce Rate: This is calculated by dividing the number of emails that failed to deliver by the total number of emails sent.
Formula: Emails Bounced ÷ Emails Sent
Activity Start Rate
This metric shows how many of your prospects have started engaging with your campaign — even if they haven’t completed all the steps yet. It gives you a sense of how many people are moving through the early stages of your outreach.
Here’s how we calculate it:
Total Contacted
Add up all prospects marked as:
Contacted + Connected + Replied + Lead + Customer + PendingTotal Progress
Add together:
Total Contacted + UnreachableProfiles Sum
Count all profiles in the campaign:
New + Contacted + Connected + Replied + Lead + Customer + Pending + UnreachableFinal Formula:
Activity Start Rate = Total Progress ÷ Profiles Sum
The result is shown as a percentage — giving you a high-level view of how many prospects have taken any meaningful step in your campaign.
📍 Why These Metrics Matter
Knowing what each metric tells you gives you full control over your campaigns. You’ll be able to spot:
Which steps are working
Where prospects are dropping off
