LeadIntercept™: Signal In Review

Review signals first, then assign them to the appropriate campaign.

Written by Rhegen

Not every signal needs to be actioned immediately. Signal In Review is a temporary hold designed to help you stay organised when you're unsure whether a signal is ICP, NOT ICP, or which campaign it should be assigned to.

This workflow lets you pause the decision, come back later, and take the right action without losing track of the signal.

What Is Signal In Review?

Signal In Review is a checkbox on each signal row that acts as a holding status for signals that need more evaluation.

You should use this when:

  • You're unsure if the signal matches your ICP

  • You're not certain which campaign the signal belongs to

  • You want to review the signal later with more context

Signals ticked as Signal In Review are hidden from the Signals to be Reviewed table so they don't clutter your workflow, but stay flagged so you can return to them.

How to Mark a Signal as Signal In Review

  1. Go to the LeadIntercept™ Signals interface

  2. Go to the Signals to be Reviewed table

  3. Tick the Signal In Review checkbox on the signal row

The signal is removed from the Signals to be Reviewed table after 5 minutes and stays flagged so you can return to it.

If the Signal Is ICP

If you determine the signal matches your ICP:

  1. In the signal record, go to Select Campaign

  2. Choose the campaign you want the signal assigned to

Once selected, the signal will automatically be sent to the campaign within 5–8 minutes and removed from the Signals to be Reviewed table.

If the Signal Is NOT ICP

If you determine the signal is not a fit:

  1. Tick the ICP Not Match checkbox on the signal record

The signal is removed from the Signals to be Reviewed table after 5 minutes and reported under ICP Not Matched (Manually Assigned) in the ICP Summary graph.

Why Use Signal In Review?

Using this status helps you:

  • Avoid rushing signal assignments

  • Keep your Signals table clean and organised

  • Focus outreach only on qualified, relevant prospects

  • Reduce mistakes when assigning signals to campaigns
