Pipeline Builder Core is Interceptly's fully managed entry-level package.

This article covers everything included in the service: what Interceptly delivers, how the setup and launch process works, what your client receives on an ongoing basis, and the terms that apply. Use this as your reference when onboarding a new client or answering detailed questions about what Core includes.

Partner Support

Interceptly supports you directly as a partner. You manage your client relationship. Your client contacts you, not Interceptly.

  • Campaign Performance Team: you have a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) as your point of contact, with overall responsibility for campaign strategy, optimization, and results. The CSM is supported by a Campaign Manager for execution and Campaign Support Executives for fast, responsive assistance.

  • Live Chat: available 24/7 for AI-powered support. Human support is available Monday to Friday, 9 am CET to 5 pm EST.

  • Slack: direct channel to your Interceptly team for ongoing communication and campaign updates.

  • Email: available for non-urgent queries, reporting, and documentation.

  • Knowledge Base and video onboarding: a full library of guides, walkthroughs, and outreach tips accessible via the Live Chat icon and Help Center.


Lead Generation and Campaign Setup

Interceptly handles targeting, data sourcing, and campaign content on your client's behalf. The following is included in every Pipeline Builder Core account.

LeadIntercept™ Competitor Tracking

Each account includes LeadIntercept™ competitor tracking for 4 competitor profiles as standard.

  • Setup takes 14 to 21 business days after the competitor list is submitted.

  • Weekly updates are delivered on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

  • If a competitor list needs to be updated, 7 days' notice is required.

  • Your client has read-only access to the LeadIntercept™ portal for visibility into tracked activity. The Campaign Team reviews and assigns the data.

  • Additional competitors can be added at any time. Speak to your Success Manager for pricing.

Prospect Data

Interceptly sources and curates prospect data for each account based on the agreed ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).

  • Approximately 1,500 new ICP-matched prospects are supplied every 90 days.

  • 500 enrichment credits are included per month for email enrichment.

  • Access to a database of 700 million-plus global B2B contacts is included.

Done-for-You Campaigns

Interceptly builds and manages campaigns every 90 days. Each campaign cycle includes, as a minimum, the following.

  • One multichannel campaign including a connection message, InMail, up to 6 LinkedIn steps, and 4 emails. This campaign is reusable for both LeadIntercept™ data and standard prospect data.

  • One LinkedIn-only connection campaign for new prospects.

  • One LinkedIn-only campaign for existing first-level connections who match the ICP.

🎓 Note: Pipeline Builder Core does not include phone enrichment or phone campaign steps. If your client needs phone outreach as part of their campaigns, Pipeline Builder Advanced is the right package.


Email Deliverability Service

Email Deliverability Service is available as an optional add-on for Pipeline Builder Core. If you would like email included in your client's campaigns, contact your CSM or submit a request via Live Chat. Interceptly will handle all domain sourcing, mailbox setup, and technical configuration. There is no separate charge for this service once activated.

What's Included

The following is set up and managed by Interceptly when the add-on is active.

  • Domain setup: dedicated sending domains are purchased and configured for outbound email, matched to your client's brand.

  • 1 Google mailbox: provisioned and configured for deliverability.

  • Full DNS and authentication setup, handled entirely by Interceptly. No technical setup is required on the client side.

  • Automated email warm-up, completed before campaign activity begins.

  • 4 campaign emails written by Interceptly and added to your client's Pipeline Builder campaigns.

  • Platform integration with Instant Enrich, Unified Inbox, and live reporting.

💡 Tip: To activate the Email Deliverability Service for a client, contact your Success Manager or submit a request via Live Chat. This is billed in addition to the Pipeline Builder Core licence fee.


Onboarding and Launch Process

Onboarding and launch are managed between you and Interceptly through Live Chat using tickets. You are responsible for gathering the required information from your client and relaying it to the Interceptly team. All calls are held with you, not your client.

  1. Account Setup Form: Interceptly sends this to you once the account is activated. Used to configure the workspace, set up users, and prepare required automations. This must be completed before onboarding can begin.

  2. Research Brief Form: sent to you via Live Chat once account setup is complete. Collects the information needed to define the ICP and develop a strategy. At the end of the form, you book a Briefing Call with your CSM.

  3. Briefing Call: held with you and your CSM. Interceptly reviews the brief, confirms priorities, and captures any missing information before strategy work begins.

  4. Strategy Call: Interceptly develops an outbound strategy and ICP, typically within 5 business days of the Briefing Call. The strategy plan is presented to you during this call for review and approval.

  5. Campaign Launch: campaigns are built and launched within 14 business days of strategy approval. A Launch Call is held with you to review campaigns before they go live. Email infrastructure and warm-up are completed before this point.

🚨 Important: All launch timelines assume forms and feedback are completed without delay. Delays in client communication or approvals will extend delivery timelines.


Reporting and Automations

Reporting and automation are included as part of the ongoing Pipeline Builder Core delivery.

Reporting

  • Weekly reports: a shared reporting folder is created at the start of delivery. A reporting update is sent to you each week via a Reporting Ticket in Live Chat. You share performance updates directly with your client.

  • Review calls: a call with you and your CSM at least every 4 weeks to review campaign performance and agree on next steps.

  • Feedback questionnaires: short questionnaires are sent to you periodically to confirm alignment and identify issues early.

  • Live reporting: campaign performance data is available in the platform for you to view, export, and share with your client.

Automations

  • Included automations: CRM automation and advanced automations are included, where they directly support campaign performance. Examples include Slack or Teams notifications for replies, and webhook-based alerts for key campaign events.

  • Automation requests: all requests are submitted via a Live Chat ticket. Requests must be relevant to campaign delivery. Automations outside this scope may not be supported.

  • CRM sync: native sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive is included.


Software and Platform Features

Every Pipeline Builder Core subscription includes access to Interceptly's AI-powered engagement platform. The following features are included as standard.

AI and Engagement Features

  • AI-powered post comments, smart replies, and inbox management tools.

  • Video messaging: add personalized video to LinkedIn campaigns.

  • Boosted connections: mobile-based delivery to improve LinkedIn connection acceptance rates.

  • Boosted InMail: prioritized delivery to Open Profiles.

  • Unified inbox: manage all replies in one place.

  • Dedicated residential IP, aligned to the client's location, for platform-safe social activity.

Additional Platform Features

  • Buyer intent data, available for US-based prospects, derived from verified third-party sources.

  • Campaign templates available in the Knowledge Base.

  • Member perks: access to partner discounts across sales and operations tools.

🎓 Note: Your client may create and run additional campaigns outside of the Pipeline Builder managed delivery. All activity runs within the same account-level sending limits. Additional campaigns may reduce the activity available for Interceptly-managed campaigns.

Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to every Pipeline Builder Core account. Make sure your client understands these before signing up.

  • Pricing basis: the partner licence fee of $595 is per LinkedIn account, per month.

  • Minimum term: all accounts have a minimum commitment of 3 months.

These terms apply in addition to Interceptly's Supply of Service Terms and Conditions. Payment of the subscription confirms acceptance of those terms.

Q: Does Pipeline Builder Core include email outreach?

A: Email outreach is available as an optional add-on for Pipeline Builder Core. If your client needs email included in their campaigns, contact your CSM or submit a request via Live Chat. When active, Interceptly sets up and manages all email infrastructure, including a dedicated sending domain, a Google mailbox, DNS and authentication configuration, and automated warm-up. A: Both packages include fully managed delivery. The key differences are campaign complexity, channels, and account minimums. Core runs campaigns with a connection message, InMail, and up to 6 LinkedIn steps, with email available as an optional add-on. Advanced runs more complex multichannel sequences (14 emails, 6 LinkedIn messages, InMail, and phone steps), includes phone enrichment, and requires a minimum of 2 accounts. Advanced is best for clients with sales teams or those who want phone as part of their outreach. Core is best for single-seat clients or those new to outbound.

Q: Who does my client contact if they have questions?

A: Your client contacts you. You manage the client relationship. Interceptly supports you directly via Live Chat, Slack, and email, and you relay updates and handle queries on your client's behalf.

Q: How often are new campaigns created?

A: Interceptly creates new campaigns every 90 days as part of the ongoing delivery. Each cycle includes a multichannel campaign covering both new prospect data and LeadIntercept™ data, a LinkedIn-only connection campaign, and a separate campaign for existing first-level connections who match the ICP. You will review and approve campaign content before launch.

Q: Can my client add more LeadIntercept™ competitors?

A: Yes. Additional LeadIntercept™ competitors can be added to any account at any time. Each Core account includes 4 competitor profiles as standard. Contact your Success Manager to arrange additional competitors and confirm pricing.

Q: What happens if onboarding information is delayed?

A: All launch timelines, including the 14-business-day campaign launch and the 14 to 21-business-day LeadIntercept™ setup, assume forms and approvals are completed without delay. As the partner, you are responsible for gathering the required information from your client and returning it to Interceptly promptly. Delays will extend delivery timelines.
