What is white labelled, how to request branded assets, and what Interceptly manages on your behalf

The platform, the LeadIntercept™ portal (where applicable), and all sales and marketing assets can be presented entirely under your brand identity. Interceptly remains invisible in the process.

This article covers what is white labelled, how it works in practice, and what Interceptly handles on your behalf.


What is White Labelled

Three components of the service can be presented under your brand.

The Interceptly Platform

The outbound platform your clients use is white labelled with your logo and brand colors. There is no Interceptly branding, logo, or links visible anywhere in the platform. From your client's perspective, the technology is yours.

The LeadIntercept™ Portal

If you choose to give clients direct access to the LeadIntercept™ portal, for example, to review signals themselves, the portal can also be white labelled under a custom name. This is optional and only relevant where there is a specific use case for client-facing portal access. In most partner setups, portal access is managed by you rather than shared directly with clients.

Sales and Marketing Assets

Interceptly produces partner-branded sales and marketing assets on demand. These cover materials you need to pitch and close clients, such as brochures, one-pagers, and presentation decks. All assets are produced under your brand with no Interceptly references. Contact your support team to request assets.

💡 On asset requests: There is no fixed library of assets to choose from. Requests are handled individually. Contact your support team or Success Manager with the specific asset you need and your brand guidelines, and the team will produce it for you.


What Interceptly Handles

The white label fee is included in your partner licence. In addition to branding, Interceptly manages all platform support and technical updates. You do not need to manage the technology, that is handled entirely by Interceptly's team.

This covers:

  • All platform maintenance and infrastructure.

  • Feature updates and improvements.

  • Technical support for the platform itself.

  • Bug fixes and performance management.

Your focus as a partner is new business development and client relationship management. The technology runs in the background without requiring your time or technical resources.


What Your Clients See

Your clients interact entirely with your brand throughout the service. There is no point in the process where Interceptly is visible to them:

  • The platform carries your logo and brand colors.

  • The LeadIntercept™ portal, if shared, is presented under your chosen name.

  • Sales and marketing assets carry your branding only.

  • All client communication and relationship management is handled by you.

A: Yes, in cases where there is a specific use case for it. The portal can be white labelled under a custom name before client access is granted. Q: Do I need to manage platform updates or maintenance?

A: No. Interceptly handles all platform maintenance, updates, and technical support. You do not need to manage the technology. When updates are released, they are applied automatically. If a technical issue arises with the platform itself, Interceptly's team resolves it.

Q: What brand assets do I need to provide to set up the white label?

A: You will need to provide your logo and brand colors during onboarding. Your Success Manager will confirm the exact requirements and format when setting up your white label configuration. Contact your support team if you need to update your branding after the initial setup.
