The Resources section lets you record, upload, and manage voicemail messages in one central place. Instead of recording a new voicemail each time you set up a campaign, you can save recordings to your library and reuse them across multiple campaigns.

Where to Find Voicemail Recordings
Select "Resources" from the left-hand navigation.
Select "Voicemail Drops".
Select "Recordings" to open your voicemail library.
Recording a New Voicemail
Use this method to record a voicemail directly within the platform using your microphone.
Select "+ New Voicemail" on the upper right.
Select "Record".
Allow microphone access if your browser prompts you.
Select "Start recording" and speak your message.
Select "Stop recording" when you are done.
Play back the recording to review it before saving.
Enter a name for the recording.
Select "Add" to save it to your library.
π‘ Tip: Name your recordings clearly, for example, "Introduction - Q1 2026", so they are easy to identify when setting up a campaign.
Uploading a Pre-Recorded File
If you already have an audio file prepared, you can upload it directly instead of recording live.
Select "+ New Voicemail".
Select "Upload".
Choose your audio file from your device.
Confirm your file meets the format and size requirements shown in the upload window.
Enter a name for the file.
Select "Add" to save it to your library.

Managing Your Recordings
You can edit or delete any saved recording from your library at any time.
To edit a recording, select the three-dot menu next to it and select "Edit".
To delete a recording, select the three-dot menu next to it and select "Delete".
π¨ Caution: Deleting a recording is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure the recording is no longer in use before deleting it.
Using a Recording in a Campaign
Once a voicemail is saved in Resources, it is available to select whenever you add a Voicemail Drop step to a campaign.
Open your campaign and add a "Voicemail Drop" step.
When prompted to choose a message, select "Select from Saved Voicemails".
Choose the recording you want to use from your library.
Complete the remaining step settings.
Select "Save Step" to apply it to your campaign.
Best Practices
Use clear, consistent naming for recordings, for example, "Introduction - March 2026", so they are easy to find.
Keep voicemail messages under 30 seconds for best delivery and engagement.
Record in a quiet environment to ensure clear audio quality.
Always play back your recording before saving to check for any errors.
If uploading a file, confirm the format is supported before starting the upload.
