My Prospects Feature Overview

Everything you need to know about the My Prospects Feature

You can manage all of your LinkedIn and email prospects directly from "My Prospects".

This is where Interceptly stores prospects who:

  • Connect with you on LinkedIn.

  • Reply to your LinkedIn messages.

  • Reply to your emails.

From "My Prospects", you can pause campaigns, resume campaigns, transfer prospects, push contacts to your CRM, and export data.

Managing My Prospects

How to Access My Prospects

To view and manage your prospects:

  1. Select "Prospects" from the left-hand menu.

  2. Select "My Prospects" from the top menu.

All prospects who have engaged with you will appear in this section.

How to Select Prospects

You can manage individual prospects or multiple prospects at the same time.

To select prospects:

  • Tick the checkbox next to an individual record.

  • Or select the drop-down arrow under the number counter to choose a specific volume.

Once selected, you can apply bulk actions.

🎓 Note: Bulk selection is helpful when pausing or transferring multiple prospects at once.

How to Manage Prospect Actions

After selecting one or more prospects:

  1. Select "Action".

  2. Choose the action you want to run.

    Available actions include:

    • Pausing campaigns.

    • Resuming campaigns.

    • Changing campaigns.

    • Removing campaigns.

    • Excluding from campaigns.

    • Removing from blacklists.

    • Adding/Removing labels.

🚨 Important: Always confirm you have selected the correct prospects before running bulk actions.

How to Push Prospects to Your CRM

If you are connected to a supported CRM, you can send prospects directly from Interceptly.

  1. Select one or more prospects.

  2. Select "Push to CRM".

  3. Choose your connected CRM, such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.

This helps keep your sales pipeline up to date without manual data entry.

How to Export Prospects

You can export selected prospects as a CSV file.

  1. Select one or more prospects.

  2. Select "Export".

  3. Enter the email address where you want the file delivered.

  4. Select "Send".

You will receive a CSV file by email.
