Pipeline Builder™: Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about Pipeline Builder™

Written by Rhegen

Campaigns

Q: What is the goal of Pipeline Builder?

The goal of Pipeline Builder is to generate qualified replies in your inbox that you can turn into meetings and sales opportunities. We focus on starting conversations with the right people and building a steady outbound system that produces consistent results.

Q: How are campaigns structured?

Pipeline Builder uses coordinated multi-channel campaigns. This means LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, and optional phone steps work together in one planned sequence. Messages are timed and structured so prospects receive a clear and consistent experience.

Q: How many campaigns are included?

Every 90 days, four campaigns are created per LinkedIn account. This includes one multi-channel campaign for new search data, one multi-channel campaign for new LeadIntercept™ data, one LinkedIn-only campaign for prospects without a verified business email, and one LinkedIn-only campaign for existing first-degree connections who match your ideal customer profile. Campaigns are refreshed every quarter to maintain performance. Learn more about other inclusions here.

Q: Do you reply to messages on my behalf?

No. You or your team handles all replies. Our role is to generate conversations. We can help you draft saved replies and improve your messaging, but we do not send replies on your behalf. Learn more about saved replies here.

Q: Can AI reply automatically on my behalf?

No. AI does not send replies automatically. AI-suggested replies are available to help you respond faster and more consistently, but you always review and send messages yourself. Learn more about AI-suggested replies here.

Q: Can I launch additional campaigns on my own?

Yes, you can create additional campaigns inside Engage AI. However, all campaigns share the same daily activity limits. If you run more campaigns, total activity is divided among them, which may reduce each campaign's volume. We recommend speaking with your Customer Success Manager before launching additional campaigns.

Q: What makes Pipeline Builder different from other plans?

Pipeline Builder includes managed delivery, not just software access. It includes campaign creation, prospect targeting, LeadIntercept™ competitor tracking, email infrastructure setup, reporting, automation support, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Other plans provide access to the platform, but Pipeline Builder includes hands-on strategy and execution.

Data

Q: How is prospect data provided?

We supply managed prospect data based on your ideal customer profile. Approximately 1,500 new search prospects are provided to each LinkedIn account every 90 days. In addition, LeadIntercept™ identifies prospects who begin engaging with your competitors so you can reach them earlier. Learn more about My Prospects feature here.

Q: What is included with LeadIntercept™?

Pipeline Builder includes tracking for two competitors. LeadIntercept™ monitors when prospects start engaging with those competitors and provides weekly updates. Setup takes 14 to 21 business days after competitor details are submitted. You have read-only access to the portal while your campaign team manages the data. Learn more about LeadIntercept™ here.

Q: Can I track more competitors?

Yes. You can add more competitors for a monthly upgrade fee. Speak with your Customer Success Manager for details.

Q: How does enrichment work?

Before campaigns launch, prospect records are enriched with verified email and phone data. Each LinkedIn account includes 2,000 enrichment credits per month. Of these, 1,500 credits are reserved for Pipeline Builder campaigns, and the remaining credits can be used for additional enrichment activity. Learn more about enrichment here.

Q: Can I use my own data?

Yes. You can upload your own prospect lists and use your own messaging inside the platform. To protect deliverability, your data must pass verification checks and meet campaign requirements. If you plan to do this, inform your Customer Success Manager before launch.

Email Infrastructure

Q: What email setup is included?

Each LinkedIn account includes one dedicated sending domain and three mailboxes. Domains are selected to closely match your brand and are connected to your website to build trust. Learn more about email domain setup here.

Q: Is email warm-up included?

Yes. Mailboxes are warmed automatically before campaign activity begins. Sending volume increases gradually to protect your domain reputation. Learn more about email warm-up here.

Q: How many emails can be sent?

Each LinkedIn account can send up to 10,000 emails per month. All sending is configured to stay within safe limits. Learn more about activity limits here.

Support & Reporting

Q: What support is included?

Pipeline Builder includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager, a Campaign Manager, and Campaign Support Executives. AI-powered Live Chat is available 24 hours a day. Human support is available Monday to Friday from 9 am CET to 5 pm EST. On-demand onboarding videos and Knowledge Base guides are also available.

Q: What does the Customer Success Manager do?

The Customer Success Manager oversees your strategy, monitors campaign performance, leads review calls, and recommends improvements. They are responsible for aligning delivery with your goals.

Q: What reporting is included?

You receive weekly written updates through Live Chat and access to a shared reporting folder. A review call is held at least every four weeks to discuss performance, trends, and next steps.

Q: Are automations included?

Yes. CRM sync and campaign-related automations are included when they directly support performance. This can include Slack or Teams notifications and webhook alerts. Automation requests must be submitted through Live Chat.

Strategy & Changes

Q: How does onboarding and launch work?

The process includes completing an Account Setup Form, submitting a Research Brief Form, attending a Briefing Call, reviewing your outbound strategy, approving campaigns, and then launching. Campaigns are typically launched within 14 business days after strategy approval. LeadIntercept™ setup takes 14 to 21 business days. Timelines depend on timely communication and approvals.

Q: What if I want to change my strategy or ideal customer profile?

Major changes are usually implemented at the next 90-day cycle or at renewal. This keeps testing clean and performance stable.

Q: What if I want to test a new strategy sooner?

If you want to test a different approach before the current cycle ends, you can either wait for the next cycle or add another LinkedIn account to run a different strategy in parallel.

Account & Limits

Q: Why is there a two-account minimum?

Pipeline Builder requires at least two LinkedIn accounts. This allows broader outreach coverage, better testing, and stronger overall results.

Q: How quickly are campaigns launched?

Campaigns are launched within 14 business days after strategy approval. LeadIntercept™ setup takes 14 to 21 business days. Delays in completing forms or approvals may extend timelines.

Q: Can I increase activity limits?

Each account is configured to operate within safe limits. If you need higher volume, the recommended solution is to add another LinkedIn account rather than increasing limits beyond safe thresholds.

Q: Can I add an account that is not on Pipeline Builder?

Yes. You can add additional Engage AI accounts to your workspace. These accounts will not include managed Pipeline Builder services unless upgraded.

🚀 Success! If you would like to review your campaign structure, explore upgrades, or discuss expansion, contact your Customer Success Manager to plan next steps.
