Partner: Billing and Fees Explained

How partner and client fees work, when billing starts, minimum terms, and how to cancel

Written by Rhegen

There are two types of fees in the Revenue Growth Partnership: the partner fee and client licence fees. They operate independently, with different billing triggers, minimum terms, and cancellation processes. This article explains how each one works.

Partner Fee

The partner fee is a fixed monthly amount that covers your access to the white label technology, sales and marketing materials, and the full range of sales and technical support from Interceptly.

When Billing Starts

The partner fee begins on submission of the Partner Onboarding Form, following a successful application. Billing is monthly from that date.

Minimum Term

The partner fee has a minimum term of 6 months. At the end of each 6-month term, the agreement renews automatically for a further month unless cancelled in advance.

πŸ’‘ Renewal timing: If you intend to cancel at the end of a 6-month term, you must provide notice before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect on the next billing cycle. See the cancellation section below for notice requirements.

Client Licence Fees

A client licence fee applies for each client account you add to the partnership. Each licence fee is separate and operates on its own billing cycle.

When Billing Starts

Client licence fees begin on submission of the Client Application Form for that account. Billing is monthly from that date.

Minimum Term

Each client licence has a minimum term of 3 months. After the 3-month minimum, the licence continues on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.

After the Minimum Term

There is no automatic renewal for a fixed period after the minimum term ends. The licence simply continues month-to-month until you provide notice to cancel. No action is required to continue.

Cancellation

Cancellations apply to both partner fees and client licence fees. The same process and notice requirements apply to both.

Notice Requirements

To cancel a partner fee or client licence, you must provide written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Notice must be submitted through one of the following channels:

  • Live Chat on interceptly.ai.

  • Email to your support contact.

  • Your dedicated Slack channel.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following cycle once cancellation has been confirmed.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds on partner fees or client licence fees. Fees already charged for the current billing cycle are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.

🚨 Important: Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the next billing cycle cannot be guaranteed to take effect before that cycle begins. Submit notice with sufficient time to avoid being charged for an additional period.
